About Agromousquetaires
Agromousquetaires is the production division of the Les Mousquetaires group. With 59 production units as of 2021, it is the leading French manufacturer of private label products, offering a range of high-quality products manufactured entirely in France.
Context
When implementing its 5-year strategic plan “Collectif d’avenir 21-25”, Agromousquetaires lacked a management tool to align employees with this corporate project. Relying solely on Excel files, Agromousquetaires faced several challenges in managing its activity portfolios:
- Lack of a consolidated and centralized data view.
- Data reliability issues.
- Non-harmonized management practices and processes.
- Difficulty in sharing real-time information.
