Context

The Transformation Office and IT departments operated with separate delivery plans and resource assignments, creating a manual and time-consuming process to align the two. Implementation process

Regarding this, Clare Evans shared: “the rollout seemed to go smoothly with weekly training sessions led by Triskell and support offered in between to help configure the out-of-the-box solution in the way Card Factory required. The ticketing system has enabled us to continue to have support post-rollout when errors have cropped up.”

As Clare Evans explains: “The main use of Triskell has been to deliver planning and resourcing, as well as record monthly timesheets to allow for less manual reporting and financial accruals.”
