All rights, titles, and interests in Triskell Software, including its intellectual property, remain with Triskell Software. Users are granted no rights beyond those explicitly outlined in this agreement.

By starting the trial, users agree to receive communications from Triskell Software, including emails or in-app messages, aimed at providing guidance, educational resources, and best practices for using the Service effectively. These communications are intended to help users make the most of the trial period. Users can opt-out of non-essential communications at any time.
8. Termination
Triskell Software reserves the right to terminate access to the trial at any time, with or without notice, if any terms are violated.

Triskell Software reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
