Context: replacing an obsolete solution
Before choosing Triskell, Candriam was using Clarity, a legacy PPM tool that, after 15 years of use, had become limited to basic time tracking functionality. To compensate for its shortcomings, teams relied on Excel spreadsheets in parallel, resulting in scattered and inconsistent information.
Main challenges:

- Low user engagement . Declining adoption and outdated data.
- Lack of centralization. Fragmented management of requests (100/year), projects (60 active/year), and programs (10/year), representing a total budget of €15 million.
