Harmonie Mutuelle is a French mutual insurance company, part of the VYV Group, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Paris. Its services include health insurance, prevention, personal protection, and savings solutions.

Context
Before implementing the Triskell platform, Harmonie Mutuelle faced several challenges.
With 5,500 employees spread across 50 to 60 sites and more than 200 branches in France, there was an urgent need to improve project management organization.
The company was managing around 250 projects, which often led to confusion between projects in the “run” (operational) and “build” (development) phases. This made project tracking complex and highlighted the need for a solution to simplify and streamline management.
Harmonie Mutuelle therefore set out to find a tool that could clarify, structure, and monitor its projects, while taking into account its various business lines (healthcare, insurance, and savings) as well as its societal commitments, such as reducing its carbon footprint.

Thanks to Triskell’s flexibility, we can now easily identify our priority projects among the 140 in progress. For instance, when I talk with the HR Department, I can immediately extract the 10 to 12 projects with a strong HR component — those that could have a major impact on employees during the change management process — and ensure they receive special attention.
